How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery to Bring and DAO package shops in Denmark for purchases over DKK 399. Only valid if the delivery exceeds DKK 399, and not in combination with the purchase of a gift card.

The shipping fee varies from product to product. At times there will be discounts and special promotions. Check the respective product for the shipping fee and always stay updated with our promotions and discounts on our various social media.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! As we have said, we have some promotions and discounts with our products. At special times we will offer free shipping on our products. We also want items for FREE and all you have to pay is the shipping. Check out our advertising on our website or on our social media.

When will my order arrive?

There is no specific and fixed number of days for the arrival of the product. It depends on the size of the product. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for the product to arrive to you.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

As soon as you have placed your order, we process it immediately in our warehouse, so unfortunately you cannot cancel placed orders. Please be sure you are 110% sure to purchase the product before proceeding to checkout.
